PM-Funktion

  • Ja, du musst erstmals die alten Konversationen löschen. Bei der Übernahme in die neue Software sind die alten PMs alle wieder aufgetaucht und deswegen ist dein Fach jetzt voll.

    Konversationen löscht du, indem du das Häkchen vorne in der Übersicht machst, dann auf den Button "Konversation markiert" und dann Konversation schließen. Dann sind sie gelöscht.

    Ich dachte, mit "Konversation verlassen" löscht man die Dinger. Was passiert denn beim Schließen?
