    Es ist ja nicht so, dass man ihn in Williams Line gar nicht gebrauchen kann, aber wenn du wie das neue FO das Tape studierst und dir zwei Rookies besser gefallen als der 1st Rd NT der für die 3-4 Defense gedraftet wurde. Dann ist da bei ihm auch noch die 5th year Option fällig. Klar man hätte ihn behalten können und ihn als FA ziehen lassen und evtl. einen comp. Pick einsacken. Man will aber wohl Ogunjobi und Brantley (Coley nicht zu vergessen)fördern und es ist ja auch nicht auszuschliessen, dass da noch ein FA oder Rookie dazu stösst. Ob man Shelton dann plötzlich vermisst wird man erst sehen. Ich will und kann da auch nicht jede technische Finesse beurteilen, aber ich hatte immer das Gefühl, dass ich Ogunjobi zu wenig auf dem Spielfeld sah. Weiss auch nicht ob dass statistisch stimmt und er nicht so viel gespielt hat oder einfach nur gefühlt so war.

    Wobei man sich vielleicht auch nur absichern will, weil man nicht weiß wie fit er ist und inwiefern die Verletzung auskuriert ist(lasst mir doch ein bisschen Hoffnung) ;(

    ich denke, wir werden einen Downtrade von den Browns sehen im 2018-Draft, auch im Hinblick auf den nächsten Draft 2019.

    Ein 0-16 team wird nicht anhand einer Off-Season zum Playoff team. Mann pickt einmal in den Top4 bpa oder den Wunsch-QB hinter Tyrod und traded den zweiten Pick richtig, richtig teuer. Und dann geht man ins neue Jahr.

    Eine 5-11 season wär schon ein Erfolg und ein großer Schritt in die richtige Richtung.

    2019 pickt man dann im besten Fall wieder 2 Mal Top10 und dann könnte man schön langsam über "All-in" nachdenken mMn.

    Sehe sie auch mit uns oder den Colts tauschen.

    Dann gibt es immer noch diverse Szenarien von #1 & #12:

    • #1 Saquon Barkley + #12 QB (Lamar Jackson/Josh Allen)
    • #1 Darnold/Rosen/Mayfield + #12 BPA in RB/CB/S (Guice, Ward, D.James)

    Ob das Sinn macht? Vielleicht für einen Trade eines Veteran-Wunschspielers traden will. Noch mehr 2nd-Rounder können kaum das Ziel sein.

    Kotzt mich auch an, von den Verantwortlichen ist das aber vernünftig .
    Das FO kann nix dafür , das JT nichts hören lässt und muss einfach vorsorgen.

    Lane bleibt beharrlich bei seinem CB und da hoffe ich wirklich auf ein upgrade.

    Ja, zusätzlich zu nem Rookie fände ich Hyde okay. Mag ihn einfach lieber, als manch andere. Wobei der Veteran-RB auf der persönlichen Prioritätenliste relativ weit unten ist.

    So schnell kann´s dann gehen , von Cousins zu Glennon.....

    Also man muss Dorsey mit T.Taylor wirklich ein großes Kompliment machen ! Gerade ab dem Zeitpunkt als Alex Smith doch recht zügig von den Redskins mehr oder weniger "eingetütet" wurde hat er das fallen der Dominosteine kommen sehen.
    Da hat er schon vieles , vieles richtig interpretiert .....Keenum , Cousins,usw.

    Result: So, wie das alles gelaufen ist , kann ich mit der Personalie TT wunderbar leben. Kosten inklusive.

    Ich habe mir letzte Season mal ein paar Spiele der 49ers angeschaut. So richtig warm werde ich mit Hyde nicht unbedingt. Auch was man so in der 49ers-Gemeinde über Hyde liest, überzeugt nicht wirklich.

    Nach den ganzen Neuigkeiten im „QB-Teich“ bin ich mit Taylor definitiv auch zufrieden. Guter Fang ;)

    Wenn es nach mir ginge, würde ich Cousins gerne bei den Cardinals sehen. Sympathische Franchise und die Division wäre noch um einiges interessanter, als sie jetzt schon ist.

    Grundsätzlich war Cousins wohl nie wirklich realistisch und alles andere auf dem Markt seh ich jetzt nicht wirklich als potentielle bessere Lösung wie Taylor, besonders in Anbetracht des Drafts wo an 1 oder 4 der QB der Zukunft gepickt wird.

    Um ehrlich zu sein sehe ich bei Hyde kein wirkliches Upgrade zu Crowell. Ich bin da voll auf Barkley eingeschossen und ich hoffe wir lassen uns den nicht entgehen.

    So Cousins to the Vikes/Keenum to Denver/Bradford to Zona- and that leaves AJ to ...... ??? And the Browns were going to give up a 2 and a 3 for him!

    "Gefühlt" ist McCarron der einzige QB weltweit ohne Contract...... sogar McCown - weder der jüngste, noch der stabilste - hat seinen 1year /10M contract in der Tasche.

    Jackson ist eine unfassbare Pflaume, dieser wahnwitzige und erbärmlichen Tradeversuch regt mich bis heute tierisch auf....

    Ich mag Nelson natürlich, überhaupt keine Frage - daran glauben tu ich aber nicht.

    Im Normalfall müssen die Browns nach dem signing von Landry massiv an einem CB arbeiten - und bereit sein zu overpayen.

    O-line wurde ja zu genüge bedient : Die kennen JT's Entscheidung....
