Dallas Cowboys Offseason 2018

  • Will McClay informs Texans he's remaining with Cowboys

Sehr gut.

This is the best news the Cowboys have heard in their already troubled offseason.

Hab ich was verpasst? Wer ist denn schon wieder verhaftet/gesperrt/sonstigerweise negativ aufgefallen? :paelzer:

"So this is how I remember saying goodbye to Bilbo," [a raccoon he had as a kid] Leach wrote. "He wandered 10 yards away or so from the truck, and then he turned and looked at us and kind of had this expression like, 'It was nice knowing ya.' It was this moment where like, both I knew and he knew that we’d had some good times, but this was it. It was onward and upward for both of us."

Wie schon ein paar mal geschrieben. Mein absoluter Lieblingsspieler in diesjährigen Draft.

  • This comes after Alexander coached one of the worst offensive lines in football this past season. The inability of this line to consistently generate push was a big reason why Cincinnati finished dead last in total offense.
They also finished tied for 30th in rushing yards per attempt (3.6) and rushing scores (6), as well as tied for the 13th-most sacks allowed (40), despite attempting the seventh-fewest passing attempts (510).

    Zitat

Alexander did help construct some great offensive lines during his career, including the development of All-Pro left tackle Andrew Whitworth, Pro Bowl guard Kevin Zeitler, and All-Pro tackle Willie Anderson.

    Zitat

The Dallas Cowboys’ coaching staff continues to turnover at a rapid pace.

Linebackers coach and passing game coordinator Matt Eberflus is expected to join Josh McDaniels in Indianapolis, a source confirmed an earlier NFL Media report. Eberflus is on an expiring contract and has been expected to depart the organization.

McDaniels, the Patriots’ offensive coordinator, can’t formally accept the Colts’ job offer until after the Patriots’ season ends. But he is expected to make Eberflus his defensive coordinator when it becomes official.

  • Report: Cowboys offered Matt Eberflus promotion to coordinator

    Zitat

With an expiring contract and other teams attempting to woo him out of Dallas, the Cowboys went all-in to keep him onboard. They were even willing to move titles around to make it happen which, according to ESPN insider Todd Archer, included offering Eberflus the position of defensive coordinator. That would've elevated current DC Rod Marinelli to the role of assistant head coach, but Eberflus reportedly didn't accept the position because he felt he'd be "stepping on the toes" of Marinelli.

    Zitat

With Matt Eberflus leaving, the Dallas Cowboys have reached an agreement with Kris Richard to be their defensive passing game coordinator, sources confirmed.Richard helped develop the famed "Legion of Boom" secondary with Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor, before becoming the coordinator after Dan Quinn left to be head coach of the Atlanta Falcons.
