    Bei dem einen oder anderen werden wir uns ärgern. Das ist halt das Problem wenn du soviele gute und talentierte Jungs hast. Da fallen immer welchen bei runter...

    Wie hat euch eigentlich Taryn Christion gefallen? Natürlich nur für den Practice Squad, aber irgendwie habe ich bei dem ein besseres Gefühl für die Zukunft als bei Mike White.

    Bei der D-Line wird die Entscheidung wirklich hart. :|

    Ohne Frage. Deshalb könnte es sein, dass der ein oder andere Spieler möglicherweise bei anderen Teams angeboten wird - bei einem Trade könnte man wenigstens noch etwas rausholen. Und zwar nicht nur einen Spieler, der ohnehin keine Einsatzzeit bekommt, sondern entweder einen Pick oder vielleicht einen Spieler, für eine Position, bei der man eher Bedarf hat.

    Taryn ist Jameil Showers - ein Spieler, der alles mögliche spielen kann und eventuell Entwicklungs-Potential auf der Practice Squad hat. Showers hat keine PS-Eligibility mehr, daher wird Christion mit Sicherheit seinen Posten übernehmen. Sollte daraus mehr werden - gut.

    Übrigens, wenn ihr Zeit habt, guckt euch das vierte Spiel an - allein weil die Cowboys Emmitt, Irvin und Marcus Spears im Kommentatoren-Booth hatten und dann auch noch Nate Newton und später Jason Witten dazu schalteten. Die Stories ... großartig.

    Jerry hat gestern bestätigt das Zeke höchst wahrscheinlich einige Spiele fehlen wird (falls man sich überhaupt auf einen neuen Vertrag einigen kann). Da hat man mal auf dem Papier ein richtig gutes Team womit man vielleicht mal wieder einen Superbowl run starten kann und dann sowas. Mal ganz ehrlich: Wir sollten langsam mal testen was wir für ihn noch bekommen können. Jemand, der sein Team so hängen lässt, hat mMn keinen teuren Vertrag verdient!

    Devin Smith hat's geschafft. Wohl die Überraschung - vor der Pre-Season hatte den kaum einer auf der Rechnung.

    O-Line mit 11 besonders mächtig, da hat man entweder doch noch Sorgen um die angeschlagenen Spieler und Frederick, oder man hat noch den ein oder anderen Trade in Aussicht. Frazier neben Knight imo die größte Überraschung.

    Wenn Zeke zurückkommt, wird sich ebenfalls noch was tun. Also noch keine voreiligen Schlüsse ziehen ;)

    D. Smith hat mich auch überrascht, die NY Jets haben wohl nicht mehr daran geglaubt das er wieder fit wird.

    Sehe ich es richtig, dass keiner unserer entlassenen Spieler geclaimed wurde? Würde mich vor allem bei Wise und Wilson sehr freuen.

    Schade, hätte Taryn Christion gerne weiter dabei gehabt.

    So sieht wohl aktuell die vorläufige Practice Squad aus:

    Thorson hat Pre-Season bei den Eagles gespiel, Hikutini bei den Vikings. Ansonsten fällt auf, dass Guyton nicht drauf ist, genauso wenig wie Phillips und keiner der beiden QBs hinter Rush und Dak.

    McGovern wurde jetzt auf IR gepackt, für ihn rückt Jordan Chunn in den Kader.

    Für Chunn rückt WR Ventell Bryant ins Practice Squad. Der hatte in der Preseason bei den Bengals gespielt.

    Amari Cooper, Zack Martin und Tyron Smith haben übrigens heute wieder trainiert. Bis auf Darian Thompson, Donovan Wilson und Luke Gifford konnten alle trainieren.

    Rolando McClain wurde released. Überraschend.

    In wie fern Deadline? Damit er spielberechtigt ist meinst du? Nein, da gibt es von der NFL keine Deadline, aber man wird ihn wohl kaum einsetzen, wenn er nicht wenigstens ein zwei Trainingseinheiten mit dem Team mitgemacht hat.

    Das kommt jetzt schon sehr überraschend.

    Vor allem eigentlich ziemlich unnötig. Vor allem wenn man dann im nächsten Jahr einen Byron Jones keinen neuen Vertrag anbieten kann.
    Aber gut, das Front Office wird hierbei schon einen Plan verfolgen.

    Lael Collins could have gotten more in free agency. But he didnt want to give up what he has in Dallas. He wanted to stay here with this team, this line, finish his career here. Got a good deal, Cowboys got a great deal, given what he could have earned on open market
