    @Hizm oder @Mike09 habt ihr euch bei der Vorbereitung eures Big Boards auch mit den Safetys beschäftigt?
    Die Safetys hatte ich überhaupt nicht auf dem Radar, da ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass wir hier keinen großartigen Need haben.
    Dadurch, dass Peppers nun nach NY geht, sollte man hier entweder in der FA oder Draft tätig werden.

    Earl Thomas muss jetzt das logische Target sein.

    Dann würde ich versuchen Duke Johnson und Ogbah für einen LB zu traden und einen weiteren via FA verpflichten.

    Klar, eventuell ein bißchen viel an Wünschen , aber hey : Uns scheint doch imo die Sonne aus dem Arsch heraus , da düfern die Bäume gerne in den Himmel wachsen.... :mrgreen:

    Ich war zwar lange skeptisch was die Gerüchte angiengen, bin aber nun absolut zufrieden mit dem Trade.
    Klar es ist etwas schade um Peppers, seine Lernkurve zeigte nach oben, aber ein Impact Player war er nur sporadisch.
    Mit OBJ erhält man einen Top 5 WR, zu einem eigentlich vernünftigen Durchschnittssalär. Klar es sind Gerüchte um eine Vertragsanpassung im Umlauf, solange diese aber nur garantiertes Gehalt betrifft und man evtl. noch etwas frontloaded verschieben kann, seh ich dem gelassen entgegen.
    Etwas zu befürchten wäre die breite Klasse der möglichen Receivers für einen jungen QB. Baker scheint mir aber genau der richtige zu sein, da er bereits im ersten Jahr gezeigt hat, dass er seine Progressions sauber durchgehen kann und den freien Mann findet ohne zu fixiert zu sein auf bestimmte Receiver. Wenn alle am Strang ziehen und so spürt man es auf jeden Fall bis jetzt, kann das eine überragend starke Buddy-Boy Offense werden.

    Mit der ganzen Packers-DNA in eurem FO musste das ja langsam mal was werden! :xywave:

    Im Ernst: Auf dem Papier seid ihr jetzt glasklarer Favorit in der AFC N und downright scary - v.a., wenn Mayfield vom Sophomore Slump verschont bleibt.

    Es sei euch von Herzen gegönnt nach all der Scheiße, durch die ihr waten musstest. Wie oft habe ich in den letzten Jahren innerlich den Hut vor euch gezogen, mit wie viel Leidenschaft ihr eurem Team gefolgt seid - trotz allem, was da auf dem Feld verzapft wurde...     Harris entered the league in 2013 with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent. That was the first year that John Dorsey was the Chiefs’ general manager, so he is quite familiar with the 6-7, 230-pounder. Harris served as the second tight end to Travis Kelce in Kansas City, and now he’ll do the same in Cleveland for David Njoku.
    In 2017, Harris caught 18 passes for 224 yards and 1 touchdown. Last year, he caught 12 passes for 164 yards and 3 touchdowns. Brent Sobleski of The OBR puts it well: the Browns are basically getting a younger, and slightly better blocker than Fells. Harris does have a history of drops, but the team can live with that if he’s targeted in the right situations.

    Kindred also imo Starter auf SS - ich wünsche mir noch immer einen SS , MLB & einen CB.

    The Record's Art Stapleton is "hearing rumors" the Browns may be "making a play" to try and get S Eric Berry from the Chiefs.
    Stapleton is a Giants beat writer, so take this with a massive grain of salt. But the connection is there with GM John Dorsey knowing Berry from their time together in Kansas City, and Dorsey was the one who handed Berry his record-setting contract. Berry, though, is not the same player anymore after Achilles' issues and has played three games since the start of the 2017 campaign. The Chiefs are expected to rid themselves of Berry after signing Tyrann Mathieu.

    Hm darüber das ET nichts wird hab ich bisher nichts gesehen, mein letzter Stand war das die Browns ein gutes Gefühl haben ihn zu bekommen ... Alternative Nr.1wäre aktuell für mich Clinton-Dix der bei den Redskins meiner Meinung nach gut gespielt hat...Brown sehe ich nicht als Upgrade zu Avery, Schobert und kirksey... Berry ist ein leader aber hat die letzten beiden Jahre kaum gespielt und war ständig verletzt sehe ich kritisch

    Former Seahawks’ S Earl Thomas intends to sign a four-year, $55 million deal that includes $32 million fully guaranteed at signing with the Baltimore Ravens, league source tells ESPN. Deal includes $22 million in first nine months.

    Mir ist das upgrade auf K extrem wichtig und wenn es Myers werden sollte könnte ich damit absolut leben.
