    Die Defense hat ja 3 Pre-Season-Spiele in der vermeintlichen Bestbesetzung gespielt, die Cowboys haben halt nur 4 dieses Jahr wegen diesem unsäglichen Spiel in Canton. Daher schon nachvollziehbar, dass man da einige Spieler im letzten Spiel schont. Vor allem wenn man sieht, dass sich unser 2nd Round Pick prompt im vierten Pre-Season-Spiel verletzt hat. Das braucht echt kein Mensch.

    Ob ein paar Starter spielen oder nicht ist eigentlich fast egal. Zumindest gefühlt ist jedes unserer Preseason Spiele ganz besonders ugly. :mrgreen:

    Als die Erfolge noch da waren, und ich habe diese noch „live“ miterlebt, war mit das auch egal. Jetzt wäre es mal schön, irgendwas zu gewinnen :jeck:

    Dann gehen Gallimore, Basham, McKeon und vermutlich Ball auf IR (3 Wochen minimum) und man kann Lamb, Williams, Watkins und Kazee aufnehmen.

    Auf PUP bleiben Trysten Hill und Chauncey Golston.

    So hätte man alle Draft-Picks vorerst auf dem Roster behalten.

    Man wird zudem sicher Ausschau halten nach einem Back-up Center und eben Back-up QB. Und Jones hat eben bestätigt, dass auch Back-up TE und RB noch auf der Agenda stehen, nachdem Dowdle raus ist und McKeon länger ausfällt.

    Grier hat ja auch eine gemeinsame Vergangenheit mit QB Coach Nussmeier. Als er in Florida war, war Nussmeier sein Offensive Coordinator und QB-Coach.

    Newton würde ich nur nehmen, wenn er sich impfen lässt.

    Vorläufiges 53-Mann Roster, welches aber kaum das Papier Wert ist. Erstens, weil da zahlreiche Spieler fehlen, die noch auf der Covid-Liste stehen. Zweitens weil zahlreiche Spieler (bis zu 6) wohl auf Injured Reserve landen werden. Und drittens weil wir aktuell keinen LongSnapper haben LOL.

    ... bis auf DE Ron'Dell Carter, der sich aus welchen Gründen auch immer für die PS in Arizona entschieden hat. Okaaay...

    Bestätigt für die PS der Cowboys bis dato:

    Ach ja: Punter Brian Angerer muss für Grier Platz machen, aber das ist nur vorübergehend, bis das Roster sortiert ist und die diversen Spieler auf IR landen.
