After watching Mobo on the field Saturday, there is a lot of technical work that has to be done before you can have a real discussion about what he can or will become. He isn't all that familiar with the nuances of route running and struggles to get separation. Basically, you're trying to take a player who is used to running 9's & slants and asking him to run comebacks. That isn't nearly as easy as it would sound.
We will have to see what happens in the preseason, but Mobo's only hope at this point would be to make the team as a special teams player / 7th receiver. It isn't out of the question, but we have a little ways to go before that decision would need to be made.
