    Maher ist der einzige Kicker, bei dem ich mir bei 60+ Yarder sicherer bin, als bei 40 Yarder ...

    Eine tolle Leistung des gesamten Teams. Die Eagles natürlich arg verletzungsgeplagt, man muss sie aber trotzdem erst einmal so besiegen. Jetzt die Bye Week nutzen um insgesamt gesünder zu werden. Ich glaube vor allem Tyron Smith war heute weit entfernt von 100%.

    Hoffentlich haben Vander Esch und Quinn keine allzu heftigen Verletzungen. Neck (LVE) ist immer eine ganz knifflige Sache und Quinn mit Rippen ist auch unschön.

    Ansonsten sah das doch wieder mehr nach dem aus, was ich ungefähr vor der Saison erwartet habe.

    Gewonnen, doch wie kann man das jetzt einordnen.

    Waren die Cowboys so gut oder die Eagles verletztungsbedingt so schwach ?

    Jetzt haben die Cowboys erstmal die Bye Week und danach geht es zu den Giants.

    Im Prinzip ist das doch relativ egal.. Gegen die geliebten Eagles gewonnen und damit 3-0 in der Division :bounce:

    Das ist wohl ein schlechter Scherz oder ?

    Naja er kann ja viel meinen...
    Mit Cooper, Gallup und Cobb haben wir drei richtig gute Receiver zusammen. Sehe keine Verwendung und hoffe, das AB in der gesamten Liga keinen Platz mehr findet.

    Zum Spiel selbst...
    Ich denke es war eine Mischung aus guten Cowboys und schlechten Eagles. Vor allem die Offense Line der Eagles war doch erschreckend schwach, bzw. ich habe sie deutlich stärker erwartet.
    Aber es entstand endlich mal Druck aus dem Pass Rush. Alle Units haben sauber abgeliefert. Auch die ST diesmal richtig gut. Natürlich eines der Highlights die 63 Yards Bombe von Maher.

    Die Bye Week kommt jetzt genau richtig. Daumen drücken, dass Vander Esch und Quinn keine Ernsthaften Verletzungen davon getragen haben.

    Die Situation bei 4-3 und vor allem ganz wichtig 3-0 in der Divison ist natürlich ein bisschen komfortabler geworden, aber es ist noch soviel Football zu spielen...
    Insgesamt aber Positiv, dass wenn Offense und Defense ihr Potenzial ausspielen wir ein gutes/sehr gutes Team auf den Platz bringen können.

    Natürlich im Nachhinein kann man den Fehler durchgehen lassen, aber die Interception von Dak war sehr unnötig. Insgesamt war das Clock Management OK. Aber aus meiner Sicht teilweise noch nicht ideal.
    Aber das ist nach einem 37-10 natürlich schon meckern auf hohen Niveau.

    Naja, bezüglich Kopfinhalt sind die beiden ja beide relativ nah beieinander an der unteren Grenze - da wollte er halt einem Freund helfen :mrgreen: .

    Die Cowboys würde es aber ganz und garnicht helfen. Und wer holt sich schon so eine Diva ins Team ....

    Und man hat noch einige gute Teams vor sich gegen die man spielen muß. Ich gehe davon aus das sich nur der Division Meister für die Play offs qualifiziert.

    Dieser Move von Elliot war im übrigen überragend. Ich möchte das gerne nochmal hervorheben. Im TV sieht sowas so simpel aus, aber wie schwer es ist im vollen Tempo abzustoppen, sehen wir im Clip an #55, der nochmal bis zu den Sanitäranlagen weitergeschlittert ist.

    Gestern hat mich aber vor allem euer Passrush überzeugt, die im Zusammenspiel mit euren Top-LB wohl eine der besten Front-7 der Liga geben. Ein Dillard bspw. sah aus wie ein Highschool Spieler. Eure Offense hingegen ist unglaublich abhängig von Elliot und der gegnerischen "Angst" vor ihm.

    Brett "Maybe" Maher wurde zum NFC Special Teams Player der Woche gekürt. Schon das dritte Mal in seiner Cowboys-Karriere.

    Das kommt jetzt doch überraschend. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass die Cowboys jemanden wie Bennett überhaupt in Betracht ziehen. Er gehört bekanntlich zu den "Protestlern" und wie Jerry und die Organisation dazu steht, dürfte bekannt sein.

    Auf dem Feld natürlich ein guter Rotationsspieler, keine Frage.

    Vor allem können ihn die Cowboys nächste Saison entlassen ohne Dead Capspace zu haben. Als Player für die Rotation gerne. Er wird dann den Platz von Crawford einnehmen.

    Kyle Allen hätte ihn heute überholen können, hat aber gegen die 49ers seine erste Interception geworfen.

    Michael Bennett bekommt die #79, die Justin Hamilton bei seiner kurzen Zeit im Roster hatte. Mal sehen ob diese #79 ein längeres Verfallsdatum hat ... :whistling:

    Das würde ich sowas von feiern. Aber ich erwarte da wohl zwei First Rounder. Klappt der Trade wäre es ein sowas von massives Upgrade für die Secondary

    Die Cowboys sollten ihren First Rounder Pick für Adams nicht hergeben. Nächstes Jahr im Draft sollte ein Safety ganz oben auf der Liste stehen.

    Naja Adams ist wahrscheinlich ein All Pro Safety. Von daher weiß man was man bekommt. Wird auch nächstes Jahr nicht viel stärkere geben. Aber für den Preis würde ich auch eher ablehnen.
