    Das kommt nun wirklich überraschend, doch gerade in der jetzigen Situation kann man das noch besser verstehen.

    Ich wünsche Travis Frederick als gute für die Zukunft.

    Frederick war ja auch ein First Round Pick und einige haben es damals nicht verstanden warum si e ihn gedraftet hatten.

    Ein Artikel auf einer Iggles Homepage über einen Cowboys Draftpick ist per se nicht sonderlich gehaltvoll.

    werde den Bart vermissen, wobei ich bei Looney ein gutes Gefühl habe. Vielleicht sollte der one year Deal prompt mal etwas verlängert werden während der Saison ( Im Falle erbrachter Leistung)

    Schade, Frederick werde ich definitiv auch stark vermissen. Kann seine Entscheidung aber natürlich voll nachvollziehen. Macht den Draft jetzt nochmal zusätzlich ein bisschen spannender. Looney hat seine Sache 2018 richtig gut gemacht, McGovern kann ich überhaupt nicht einschätzen. Bin gespannt ob jetzt auch noch auf der Position was passiert.

    Dass man im Nachhinein eh schlauer ist und mit der Hindsight Bitch ins Bett geht sei mal außen vor, ich finde es eher interessanter, warum ein Cowboys Fan einen 7 Jahre alten Artikel von BGN herausgesucht hat.. :whistling:

    Das Echo über den Frederick Pick war nicht nur auf Eagles-Homer-Seiten eher negativ. Aber das ist komplett uninteressant jetzt.

    McGovern ist sicher einer der Kandidaten als Frederick-Ersatz. Eben so natürlich Looney, dessen Vertrag ja auch ein weiteres Jahr verlängert wurde. Und es gibt auch Überlegungen Connor Williams auf Center zu stellen. Auch Adam Redmond ist ein möglicher Kandidat.

    Wie dem auch sei - Frederick wird fehlen. Selbst in seiner Form von 2019.

    Looney ist sicherlich erstmal erste Wahl für die Position, man wird da aber auch die anderen Kandidaten testen.

    Ich hoffe das die Saison überhaupt statt findet und nicht durch den Corona Virus auch verschoben oder ganz abgesagt wird.

    Solange auf dem Dollar „in god we Trust“ steht, glaube ich fest an eine Spielzeit in 2020 :)

    Ich hatte in Erinnerung, dass der Frederick-Pick damals überall kritisiert wurde. Und beim Googeln ist mir der Artikel als erstes aufgefallen. Hab mich mal gecheckt, dass das eine Eagles-Seite war. :D

    So nach einem Downtrade im NFL-Talk Mock habe ich einen zusätzlichen Second Rounder einkassiert und mit Pick 25 Trevon Diggs CB von Alabama gepickt. Eure Meinungen dazu würde mich interessieren.

    Cowboys Agree To Terms With Veteran TE Bell. Was meint ihr dazu? Unser Ex QB Coach ist ja von Blake Jarwin überzeugt (Kitna über Jarwin).

    Bell ist der klassische Blocking TE. Hat bei Oklahoma zudem QB bei Short-Yardage Situationen gespielt, im sogenannten Belldozer Package. TE spielt er erst seit seiner Senior Season bei den Sooners. Er ist also keine Konkurrenz für Jarwin, sondern eher das Gegenstück dazu. In-Line-Blocker, Short Yardage Runner, Goalline-TE.

    Kommt auf die Struktur des Vertrages an (Signing Bonus z.B.), aber das muss nicht unbedingt der Fall sein.
